In accordance with Section 203 of P.L. 88-61.3, the above
named employee will become a participant in the CIA Retirement
and Disability System on 10 April 1966.
It is requested that this employee's total contributions
and interest, exclusive of voluntary contributions, on deposit
in the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund be trans-
ferred to the CIA Retirement and Disability Fund in accordance
with the agreement dated 3 June 1965. Please notify the des-
ignated CIA representative when payment is ready so that arrange-
ments can be made for hand carry to this office.
It will be appreciated if you will have the enclosed Form
3109, Summary of Service and Retirement Coverage, completed as
soon as possible and returned to us.
There is also enclosed Standard Form 2806, Individual
Retirement Record, which has been properly certified.
