Thank you for your telephone call last week regarding my request. I was out of town and
just received your message and thus I am responding today.
Yes, I would like to confirm that I am interested in receiving the contents of the
administrative tracking folder for each of the eight oldest (longest pending) FOIA
requests at the CIA. You may interpret the phrase "eight oldest (longest pending) FOIA
requests" in any reasonable manner you wish.
I wish to exclude the actual documents being processed for each of these requests
because those are presumably still being processed for release for that requester.

these records.
