Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 522, I am requesting
information or records related to and including a CIA Inspector General report on
accountability with respect to the performance of responsibilities prior to Sept. It, 2001.
The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence refers to this report as the CIA Inspector
General's June 2005 report, and Director Goss has specified publicly that any
declassified version will be made available only as the result of FOIA requests.
