1. Subject recently discussed with me the pro-
cedures that he is following to obtain a divorce from
his wife. His attorney, Mr. Harry, Sizemore, who has.
his office in the courthouse building in Arlington,
Virginia, is handling all legal details of the divorce
action. Subject has also appointed Mr. Sizemore as the
administrator of his estate.
2. Subject will depart for an overseas assignment
on or about1 August 1963 and it is requested that his
security file reveal the fact that Mr. Sizemore is the
administrator of his estate in the event that any accident
or unforseen incident of a security nature occurred
