I. This memorandum is in continuing response to your requirement
dated 21 January 1970 concerning the identification of installations
In Southeast Asia which may contain FYrr-,rican PG.I's.
2. The Probable Prison Cam- at Son Tay, North V 1 otncr:, (W528373)
is being enlarged. Photography reveals the
construction of two new building on of the
eorpound and the rover ent of a guard to''rer from the east via I I to the
junction of the north and west vial Is. The two new bui ldincs measure
approxirately 25 by 10 feet and 36 by 12 feet. An additional new
building approxirately 40 by 16 feet is outside the walled compound.
All construction has occurred since July 1569.
