The office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator has received your 2 April
2007 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for any and all reports of the
President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board (PFIAB) related to Rwanda that
were produced between 1 January 1995-31 December 1998. We have assigned your
request the reference number above.
As you are probably aware, the PFIAB is a group of prominent citizens outside the
government who offer advice to the President on sensitive intelligence matters. The
records you are seeking are not under the auspices of the Central Intelligence Agency.
