At that time we said that the Suggestion Awards Committee would review your suggestion again in about a year to determine if there would be any added value. In May 1969, your division's Equipment Panel reported that it was decided not to order any additional machines. In view of this decision, the previous award was considered appropriate. The Suggestion Awards Committee's Special Panel decided to close your suggestion at this time. The Panel sends you this Letter of Thanks for your demonstrated initiative in participating in the Program.
