Pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request a copy of
the document:
"Proposed Use of the Apport Technique as a Means to Strengthen the U.S.
Intelligence System..." by G.A. Welk, dated October 15, 1970, designated as Report
No. ST-CS-01-169-72 and Medical Intelligence Office report number 7.
This document was placed under the authority of the CIA with regard to the Sunstreak
Program documents, but I have checked and it does not appear to be within the tranches
of documents that were released during that declassification effort. The Defense
Intelligence Agency has informed me that they do not have a copy of this document, but I
understand that the CIA does maintain a copy of this document.
