permanent post of duty, unless said tour is sooner terminated by the
Government for its convenience, or it is terminated by the Agency for
circumstances that are considered by it to be beyond my control.

1. On 9 January 1967 General Bacalis told me that
as soon as the. Investigating Board had completed its
investigation of the site of the crash that he wanted
the wreckage removed to the Area if it could be done in
a secure manner. I advised the General that I had been
in touch with the Area and they indicated-that they could
handle this matter and if necessary, could call on the
