A green military-style jacket with pins lining the upper right pocket

William J. Donovan was awarded the Medal of Honor for his service in WWI.

Office of Strategic Services Director William Donovan wore this jacket during World War I when he was with the 165th Infantry Regiment of the 42nd Division renamed from the renowned “Fighting 69th” of New York’s Rainbow Division.
